Vinyl Heat Transfer (HTV) is a highly durable printing process, lasting up to 10+ years in the wash without cracking or fading. Vinyl Transfer is great for 1 or 2 color graphics, letters and logos. So if you are looking for a shirt that is going to last forever, and has a simple 1 color print, go for Vinyl.

DTG aka Direct to Garment printing is the latest innovation in the garment printing industry. This method allows you to print full color, photo realistic images directly on to almost any fabric using eco friendly inks. It provides excellent image durability and wash fastness, and with a soft, breathable image feel. This process is permanent, not an iron on transfer and is perfect when printing images with multiple colors. We use state of the art DTG Printers that are designed to output high quality and high volume runs in full color.

We can print from almost any image type including jpeg, bmp, tiff and more. Your graphic file should be as large as possible as it is easy to shrink an image to fit, but when enlarging an image, quality loss may result.

We can print up to a 12″ x 24″″ image size and your artwork should be at 300 dpi. If you have concerns about your artwork or images please contact us.

Most companies have minimum orders. Not us—we have no setup charges . To make your printing cost effective, we recommend you print at least 25 t-shirts.
